Meditation

Breathe in, Breathe out

I never regret the time I spend meditating; whether it’s sitting in silence, listening to a guided meditation, being present in nature, chanting, experiencing a sound bath or whatever allows me to be present and connect.  I practice it because simply put, it helps me in my life; the more I meditate, the more authentic I am. I feel calmer, less reactive, more aware and I notice the difference, when I let it slide. So if you’ve never meditated before, why not give it a try!

Gratitude Meditation

15min

There may be things, people or situations in your life which are causing you discomfort at the moment but even in difficult situations there is always something to be thankful for, even if it’s something as small as a cup of tea. The more we focus on what we have and what we’re grateful for it, the more we’ll invite positive change into our lives.

Breathing Meditation

We breathe every moment of every day but how often do we bring our awareness to it? Deep breathing is one the best relaxation methods available to us all and it's free!  It can help to lower blood pressure, promote feelings of calm and relieve stress. Practice this meditation whenever you want to feel more grounded and connected.

Self-Worth Meditation

15min

Sometimes we forget who we really are; what we’ve been through, the positive impact we’ve had on others and what we’ve already achieved in our lives. This empowering guided meditation will help you remember how strong you are, how capable you are and how worthy you truly are. So get comfy, pop on the headphones and simply follow the sound of my voice.

Focus on your well being

Breathe

Breathe in. Breathe out. We do it all day, every day but how often do we bring our awareness to our breath? Deep breathing is one of the most effective natural tools to deal with stress and anxiety, reduce pain and beyond. So why don’t you take a deep breath right now?

Practice Gratitude

Seeing the good that already surrounds you, even if you’re struggling will help your mood and invite more to be thankful for. Why not try moving from thinking of what you ‘don’t have’, to what you ‘do have’ and see if it makes a difference

Affirmations

‘I AM’ are two of the most powerful words we can use because what we say after them shape our reality. Choose wisely. Why not try positive phrases instead of negative ones. I am safe. I am healthy. I am strong.

Write it Down

Get a notebook and start to write down your thoughts and emotions.
This is only for you so let go of perfection. Messy handwriting, so what. Incoherent sentences, who cares! Writing stuff down is a form of therapy.
