Gratitude Meditation
15min
There may be things, people or situations in your life which are causing you discomfort at the moment but even in difficult situations there is always something to be thankful for, even if it’s something as small as a cup of tea. The more we focus on what we have and what we’re grateful for it, the more we’ll invite positive change into our lives.
Guided Meditations
Focus on your well being
Breathe
Breathe in. Breathe out. We do it all day, every day but how often do we bring our awareness to our breath? Deep breathing is one of the most effective natural tools to deal with stress and anxiety, reduce pain and beyond. So why don’t you take a deep breath right now?
Practice Gratitude
Seeing the good that already surrounds you, even if you’re struggling will help your mood and invite more to be thankful for. Why not try moving from thinking of what you ‘don’t have’, to what you ‘do have’ and see if it makes a difference
Affirmations
‘I AM’ are two of the most powerful words we can use because what we say after them shape our reality. Choose wisely. Why not try positive phrases instead of negative ones. I am safe. I am healthy. I am strong.
Write it Down
Get a notebook and start to write down your thoughts and emotions.
This is only for you so let go of perfection. Messy handwriting, so what. Incoherent sentences, who cares! Writing stuff down is a form of therapy.
